The problem

You broke your promise to the board.
**The last strategic Salesforce Release tanked.**
You were expected to **have all the details**.

Most Salesforce consultants look at you to spell out every little requirement detail. Let's be honest, you need help figuring it out.

Your team needed **too much time**.

Most internal teams will need 6 months to shape, build, & release big strategic projects. Oops, you committed 3 months to the board.

Your team was **cutting corners**

Most Salesforce consultants cut corners to meet deadlines and "forget" to transfer knowledge. You're screwed once they leave.

Our key principle

Treat CRM like a **Product**.
Salesforce as a **Platform**.

Investing in Salesforce without investing in your people, processes, and tools is a waste. Salesforce isn’t just another SaaS product — it’s your business’s operating system.

The difference between failure and success isn’t headcount or hiring a fancy consultancy — it’s having a seasoned technical leader at the core. Not a project manager who delegates, but an architect who builds.

You need a technical leader how can earn executive buy-in and can cut through internal politics.

We’ve rescued too many programs led by overstretched internal teams or bloated consultancies. Salesforce needs a long-term product mindset.

Before founding Harrier, I led the Salesforce Center of Excellence at Johnson & Johnson—one of the most complex Salesforce landscapes in the world. I’ve seen how great companies fail to leverage Salesforce and how the best ones turn it into a competitive advantage. **The difference? A relentless focus on execution, backed by senior hands-on expertise that blends technology, business, and influence.**

Our process

**How we'll work together**

We go through repeatable, well-defined, AI-enabled steps – closely resembling the way the best product teams in the world work. This entire first cycle takes about 9 weeks, followed by a cadence of monthly releases.

Our people

Who you'll be working with

You'll be paired with an industry-specific group of experts we call a Salesforce Pod. Your pod will have 3 people by default, which is the smallest possible strike team needed to get ambitious features delivered on Salesforce. These folks are long-term committed to the same clients (max 3) and industry.

Anthony Wijnen
Product Strategist

The last 10 years, I shaped partner portals & PRMs with Partner Managers & RevOps leaders at UlPath, M-Files, and Keepit.

Usually Salesforce consultants ...

1. Want you to write the roadmap fully scoped and justified.
2. Burn hours mapping roles, flows, and pain points.
3. Struggle to show what’s live, blocked, or driving GTM results.

Instead I'll help you ...

1. Benchmark your roadmap against top-tier B2B SaaS co's.
2. Share proven models you can adopt, not just react to.
3. Tell the story, demo progress, and show impact on key metrics.

Michael Marsh
Product Strategist

Michael is ex-CTO at PerfectedClaims. He can cut through enterprise noise, to shape & build a legal product roadmap and modern tech stack, like no other.

Usually Salesforce consultants ...

1. Ship features disconnected from intake goals or legal workflows.
2. Expect you to map every intake path and rule from scratch.
3. Leave you guessing what changed and what's delivering value.

Instead I'll help you ...

1. Shape a focused legal roadmap tied to operational KPIs
2. Reuse what works at other firms, tailored where it matters.
3. Show real progress to C-level, tied to higher case conversions.

Jack Cronin
Technical Architect

The past decade Jack’s helped scale partner and revenue operations at UiPath, Keepit, Statista and M-Files—translating messy asks into solutions that ship clean and scale fast.

Usually Salesforce consultants ...

1. Say yes—then realize it won’t work.
2. Build too soon—then stall on blockers.
3. Ignore tech debt—until it breaks things.

Instead I'll help you ...

1. Reframe asks into working solutions.
2. Scope complexity before we start.
3. Flag risks early and fix them fast.

Jared McInerney
Technical Architect

Jared has shaped technical foundations at WHGG and PerfectedClaims. He's as comfortable leading a workshop with legal ops, as diving into Salesforce code, or designing AWS infrastructure.

Usually Salesforce consultants ...

1. Build what you asked for, without rethinking the problem.
2. Skip architecture, until things like file storage break the system.
3. Miss tech landmines, causing mid-sprint blockers & late deliveries.

Instead I'll help you ...

1. Propose solutions using what's just now possible, like AI evidence review.
2. Architect for scale, like moving files to AWS which saved $250K.
3. Build resilient flows, using things like trigger frameworks & Apex failovers.

Stephen Browne
Salesforce Engineer

Stephen has built most of UIPath's extensive partner capabilities on Salesforce, supporting +1B in ARR. He excels at clean Apex, test factories, and flow orchestration.

Usually Salesforce consultants ...

1. Wait for a complete spec, don't ask questions, build in isolation.
2. Ship work that breaks edge cases and sparks support chaos.
3. Let tech debt grow, like mixing triggers and flows.

Instead I'll help you ...

1. Deliver the smallest valuable piece first. Demo. Ask. iterate.
2. Ship trusted features built to handle real-world edge cases.
3. Refactor messes, centralizing logic so it’s testable and safe.

Javier Orbe
Salesforce Engineer

Javier has shipped business-critical Salesforce flows for WHGG and PerfectedClaims—keeping intake process, dynamic forms, and file upload logic robust, extensible, and easy to hand off.

Usually Salesforce consultants ...

1. Wait for complete specs, then build in a silo, blind to real flows.
2. Ship features that pass QA, but break edge cases or SLAs later.
3. Leave behind fragile builds, so internal teams are afraid to touch it.

Instead I'll help you ...

1. Ship a minimum viable feature fast. Then iterate to get it just right.
2. Build trust with automated tests that catch issues before they hit prod.
3. Hand over ownership, like training ops to run AWS document flows.

Faqs

Have Questions? **We’ve Got Answers.**
We get these questions a lot—so here are the answers upfront.

Who will be on my consulting team? What is this Salesforce Pod I keep hearing about?

Your Harrier consulting team is called a Salesforce Pod —a dedicated, long-term team that works as an extension of your business, to advance on the hard projects.

Your Pod typically consists of:

 • A Salesforce Product Manager, your main point of contact, driving strategy and priorities.
 • A Technical Architect, responsible for designing a scalable, future-proof solution.
 • A Salesforce Engineer, who executes and builds it the right way.

Unlike traditional consultancies where you're passed around to whoever is available, your Pod stays with you long-term, deeply understanding your business and evolving your systems over time. You'll meet regularly and will come to see them as an integral part of your internal team.

Can you integrate with the software I already use with Salesforce?

Almost certainly. Harrier has deep experience integrating Salesforce with a wide range of tools, from GTM systems to industry-specific platforms. Leveraging point-to-point, middleware, or (reverse) ETL solutions - depending on the use case.
