Salesforce Consulting **Prescriptive, Fast, No bullshit.**
Stop delivering the wrong Salesforce projects, late. We deploy industry-focused Salesforce SWAT teams who run a mature, AI-powered delivery process turning ideas into valuable, feasible, and measurable work packages.

The problem
**The last strategic Salesforce Release tanked.**
Most Salesforce consultants look at you to spell out every little requirement detail. Let's be honest, you need help figuring it out.
Most internal teams will need 6 months to shape, build, & release big strategic projects. Oops, you committed 3 months to the board.
Most Salesforce consultants cut corners to meet deadlines and "forget" to transfer knowledge. You're screwed once they leave.
Our key principle
Treat CRM like a **Product**.<br />Salesforce as a **Platform**.
Investing in Salesforce without investing in your people, processes, and tools is a waste. Salesforce isn’t just another SaaS product — it’s your business’s operating system.
The difference between failure and success isn’t headcount or hiring a fancy consultancy — it’s having a seasoned technical leader at the core. Not a project manager who delegates, but an architect who builds.
You need a technical leader how can earn executive buy-in and can cut through internal politics.
We’ve rescued too many programs led by overstretched internal teams or bloated consultancies. Salesforce needs a long-term product mindset.

Before founding Harrier, I led the Salesforce Center of Excellence at Johnson & Johnson—one of the most complex Salesforce landscapes in the world. I’ve seen how great companies fail to leverage Salesforce and how the best ones turn it into a competitive advantage. **The difference? A relentless focus on execution, backed by senior hands-on expertise that blends technology, business, and influence.**
We get to the problem behind the original ask
We bring in a handpicked veteran Industry Strategist to get to your core challenge and real goal behind your initial request. This ensures we’re solving the right problem, not just building what you asked for.

We shape a solution to bring 80% value at 20% technical complexity

We fully automate release management with proper DevOps
We don't staff release managers. Period. We leverage frameworks & in-house Al agents
to cost-save on your behalf and ensure every release is smooth, fast, and reliable.

We enable your internal team to support & polish further
We don't just up & leave. Instead we take your team through our comprehensive docs
and upskill them on Salesforce engineering best practices.

Our process
We go through repeatable, well-defined, AI-enabled steps – closely resembling the way the best product teams in the world work. This entire first cycle takes about 9 weeks, followed by a cadence of monthly releases.
Our people
You'll be paired with an industry-specific group of experts we call a Salesforce Pod. Your pod will have 3 people by default, which is the smallest possible strike team needed to get ambitious features delivered on Salesforce. These folks are long-term committed to the same clients (max 3) and industry.

Faqs
Who will be on my consulting team? What is this Salesforce Pod I keep hearing about?
Your Harrier consulting team is called a Salesforce Pod —a dedicated, long-term team that works as an extension of your business, to advance on the hard projects.
Your Pod typically consists of:
- A Salesforce Product Manager, your main point of contact, driving strategy and priorities.
- A Technical Architect, responsible for designing a scalable, future-proof solution.
- A Salesforce Engineer, who executes and builds it the right way.
Unlike traditional consultancies where you're passed around to whoever is available, your Pod stays with you long-term, deeply understanding your business and evolving your systems over time. You'll meet regularly and will come to see them as an integral part of your internal team.
Can you integrate with the software I already use with Salesforce?
Almost certainly. Harrier has deep experience integrating Salesforce with a wide range of tools, from GTM systems to industry-specific platforms. Leveraging point-to-point, middleware, or (reverse) ETL solutions - depending on the use case.
Got a Salesforce challenge?
**Talk to the builders.**
A dedicated session with Harrier partners Jan & Anthony to break down your Salesforce challenges, align on strategy, and map out the fastest path to impact. No fluff, no sales script—just real, actionable advice.
